• Visual Direction: Any inspiration boards or curated imagery you've saved. (No visuals yet? We'll create a tailored presentation to establish your style direction).
This crucial onboarding session establishes a clear roadmap, ensuring design decisions and trade coordination are unified from the very start.
Phase Two:
Multidisciplinary Collaboration & Strategy
Great design happens when expert minds work in unison. We partner closely with your complete project team-architect, builder, engineers, — to refine concept drawings and align on visual, spatial, and financial goals.

Phase Three:
Curating the Details
With the master plan established, we transition into design development
-curating the materials, finishes, and architectural details that give your home its soul. From custom tile and flooring to countertops and paint palettes, we select every layer with intention, backed by elevations and detailed drawings.
We bring your concept to life during an in-person presentation- To complete the experience, we'll guide you through our preferred trade showrooms to select Furniture, plumbing fixtures, decorative lighting, and appliances firsthand.
For complete visual certainty, 3D renderings are provided, allowing you to experience your spaces before construction begins. Through collaborative feedback, we refine every detail until your vision is fully realized.
What This Phase Includes:
• Material & Finish Curation: Tailored selection of tile, flooring, millwork, countertops, and custom paint palettes, supported by spatial elevations and drawings.
• In-Studio Presentation: An immersive review of samples and design concepts at our Austin studio.
• Guided Showroom Visits: Hands-on sourcing for plumbing, decorative lighting, and high-end appliances at our preferred trade showrooms.
• 3D Visualization (Optional): Photorealistic 3D renderings available upon request so you can preview every detail before buildout.
• Collaborative Refinement: Fine-tuning materials and selections until the design perfectly balances function, aesthetics, and atmosphere.
Phase Four:
Construction Documentation & Project Administration
To transition your design from concept to reality, we develop a comprehensive construction drawing package that gives your builder a crystal-clear roadmap for execution. This detailed deliverable includes custom tile layouts, bespoke millwork drawings, reflected ceiling plans, and complete specification sheets.
We also prepare detailed specification packages for all finishes and fixtures-documenting precise dimensions, finishes, lead times, and installation requirements so your contractor can order with absolute confidence.
Once construction begins, our team remains actively engaged on site. We review shop drawings, conduct regular site walkthroughs, and troubleshoot on-the-spot adjustments to maintain design integrity. To complete your home, our turnkey furnishings service transforms bare spaces into fully curated interiors-complete with bespoke furniture, art, and accessories seamlessly aligned with your architectural details.
Key Deliverables & Oversight:

While construction naturally brings unexpected moments, our role throughout is to shoulder the stress, maintain clear communication, and keep the project moving forward effortlessly. Design Investment: Hourly Design Rate $150 with a 50 hour minimum.
